Artist Material: The artist represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner or rights holder of the audio material (demos/voice memos) submitted via the form.
Master Ownership and Royalties: The specific terms regarding master rights ownership, royalties, and commercial licensing for final music productions will be governed exclusively by a dedicated production agreement executed between the parties prior to starting any work.

The Producer does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, automatic playlist placements, or stream counts resulting from the production services provided.
