This website provides independent artists, singers, and songwriters the opportunity to submit their music projects (demos or voice memos) to apply for bespoke professional music production, vocal tuning, arrangement, mixing, and mastering services provided by Daniel Sterni ("Producer").
2. Application & Selection Process
Non-Binding Submission: Submitting an application via the online form does not constitute a binding contract, nor does it guarantee automatic acceptance of your project.
Selection Right: The Producer reserves the exclusive right to review submitted audio material and select only those projects deemed creatively and commercially compatible with the studio's production standards and current availability.
Consultation: If your application is approved, the Producer will reach out to schedule an initial consultation call to discuss project parameters, scope, and commercial terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Demo Material
Website Content: All text, graphics, branding elements, audio samples, and visual content on this website are the sole intellectual property of the Producer.
Artist Demos: By submitting an audio link or file (demo/voice memo), you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized copyright holder of the submitted music and lyrics.
Master Rights & Royalties: All terms regarding final master ownership, publishing rights, backend royalties, and commercial release licenses for completed tracks will be governed exclusively by a separate, signed Production Agreement executed between the Producer and the Artist prior to the commencement of paid work.
4. Financial Terms & Budgets
Displayed budget ranges on the application form are for screening and qualification purposes only.
Formal pricing, payment schedules, and deposit requirements will be specified in the formal proposal following the consultation call.
5. Limitation of Liability & Commercial Disclaimer
The Producer provides professional audio production to industry standards. However, the Producer does not guarantee specific commercial results, chart positions, Spotify playlist placements, stream counts, or third-party label interest.
The Producer is not liable for any technical disruptions, server downtime, or third-party link expirations (e.g., SoundCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive) that prevent the review of submitted demos.
6. External Links & Third-Party Platforms
This site may contain links to external platforms (such as Spotify, YouTube, or social media networks). The Producer is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
