1. Application & Pre-Production Phase
Submitting an application through this website is entirely free of charge and carries no financial obligation.
Initial strategy calls and demo reviews are non-binding. No charges occur until a formal Production Agreement is signed by both parties.
2. Custom Production & Project Deposits
Due to the bespoke nature of music production, mixing, and mastering services, all initial deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on the custom instrumental or vocal editing has commenced.
The deposit reserves studio time, production expertise, and exclusive scheduling.
3. Satisfaction & Revisions
To ensure full creative alignment, each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in your individual Production Agreement.
If a project is cancelled by the Client prior to final master delivery, any completed work up to the cancellation point remains non-refundable, and ownership of unreleased production material remains with the Producer.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by signing the Production Agreement and requesting the immediate commencement of custom, personalized production services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal once service execution has started.
